Job Full Description Office Administrator & Bookkeeper Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Locally owned company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to join a stable, lower-volume dealership environment. This role supports daily office and accounting operations and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial records, inventory tracking, and data entry. Key Responsibilities • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor invoices and customer payments • Receive, enter, and maintain inventory records, ensuring accurate data entry • Post and reconcile transactions, journal entries, and general ledger accounts • Ensure invoices, payments, inventory records, and documentation are accurate and processed in a timely manner • Maintain organized accounting, inventory, and office files • Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding billing, payments, and inventory documentation • Support management with reporting and other administrative or accounting tasks as needed Required Qualifications • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required (AP, AR, data entry, or similar) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Computer proficient with the ability to learn accounting and inventory systems Preferred Qualifications • Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred • Dealership accounting or inventory experience preferred (automotive or RV) • Experience handling inventory receiving, tracking, and data entry #OS181 Grand Forks, ND 1437 3325 South Washington Street Grand Forks, ND 58201
