Responsibilities: Perform and document a pre-anesthetic assessment and evaluation of the patient Call Rotation:CRNAs act as a second call to the Anesthesiologists. Typically, here for a case if there is more than 1 OR running after 3:30pm on the weekdays; or if this occurs on the weekends. We do our best to try not to schedule any electric cases past 3:30pm. When fully staffed, there is a weeknight and weekend rotation amongst 3 CRNAs. The schedules are monthly. Develop an appropriate anesthesia care plan based on patient history and surgical needs Select, obtain, and administer the anesthetic, adjuvant, and accessory drugs and fluids Manage patient airway and pulmonary status using masks, endotracheal intubation, or mechanical ventilation Facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia by selecting and administering medications Provide post-anesthesia follow-up care and evaluate patient response to anesthesia Utilize AI-functionality within the Epic EMR system for inpatient and outpatient documentation Maintain compliance with HIMSS Stage VII standards for digital medical record sophistication Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff in a multidisciplinary team Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control standards Attend departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program Current state registered nurse license Current state advanced practice nurse prescriber license Board Certified or Board Eligible by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists Current ACLS and BLS certifications Proficiency with Epic EMR systems preferred Benefits: Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable MGMA guidelines) Contract bonuses off of RVUs and quality metrics Sign-on bonus (negotiable) Relocation reimbursement (negotiable) Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included 403(b) opportunities including employer match Exceptional CME funds -$2,000 Licensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/Subscriptions Flexible time off Open to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical license Competitive compensatio
