This position supports students with IEPs and students on the autism spectrum and includes built-in time for reporting. What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.Current New York state licensure required.Experience working with school-aged children, including elementary and middle school populations.Experience providing services to students with autism preferred.Ability to complete assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. What You'll Do: Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting across elementary and middle school populations.Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver individualized and group therapy aligned with student goals.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams.Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting as required by the district. Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.Current New York state licensure required. Interviews conducted via Zoom; candidate must already hold NY license.School-based experience required, including experience with IEP development and special education procedures.Experience with autism caseloads preferred. Current caseload experience with middle school students preferred.Ability to work split caseloads across elementary and middle school on the same campus.Availability to work 7.5 hours per day as part of the school day schedule.
