Collections Specialist

Job Title: Collector III Location: Eagan, MN (Hybrid 60% in Office)Duration: 5+ MonthsShift Timings: Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 PMPay Range: $24/hr - $28/hrJob Responsibilities: Partnering with Client Collectors and collection supervisors to drive Cash Collections for Open ARSending statements / invoices to customersSupporting process to resolve disputes (working trade surcharge disputes, pulling PODs, working with commercial teams to resolve pricing issues, working with credit teams to resolve cash application issues, tracking disputes)Required Skills:MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc)Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) and high degree of professionalismFinance background (accounting, finance, financial operations)High Degree of attention to detail and curiosityPreferred Skills:Financial Analyst ExperienceCredit and/or Collection ExperienceSAP ExperienceEducation Requirement:High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with 3+ years experience in finance related role.College Degree with Finance related Major (Preferred)
