We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a role in Dwight, IL. Will provide care for acute and chronic conditions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide comprehensive exams and preventative care for adults Treatment of acute and chronic health conditions. Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards. Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) Current FNP certified DEA Certified JOB DETAILS: 160-172K + medical/dental/vision benefits for full-time providers Rotating weeks: Monday Friday, 8a 5p and Wednesday Sunday, 8am Credentialing Estimate: 1 month
