As the Human Resources Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for staff. You will guide our organization in attracting, supporting, and retaining exceptional professionals who are committed to improving the lives of children. Core Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Talent Acquisition & Workforce Development Employee Relations supporting trauma-informed and mission-driven organizations Compliance & Policy Management Compensation & Benefits HR Operations The starting salary is $80,000, with the potential for a higher offer based on relevant experience.Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and four years experience in the field or Masters Degree and two years experience in a related field required. SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.
