Recruiter Pay Rate $19.00 an hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM Occasional weekends required (for hiring events or staffing needs) This is an on-site position Responsibilities Recruiting & Hiring Source candidates through job boards, community networks, referrals, and social media Review applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews Host walk-in interviews and assist with hiring events Manage the full recruitment pipeline and candidate communication Assist with onboarding tasks including I-9s, document collection, ADP setup, and new-hire orientation Administrative & HR Support Maintain candidate records and trackers Prepare hiring packets and onboarding materials Assist with scheduling, emails, and data entry Support leadership with weekly staffing updates and reports Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Operations Support (Occasional) Provide weekend support during peak season or urgent hiring needs Assist with light dispatch/admin tasks as needed Working Conditions On-site office environment High-volume recruiting during busy seasons Occasional weekend availability required Company Description Evolution Courier & Logistics is a fast-growing Delivery Service Partner (DSP) contracted with Amazon Logistics.
