Required Skills: Graduate (Masters or Doctorate) of an accredited school of anesthesiaValid licensure as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Minnesota or ability to obtainCertification in CPR, BCLS, and ACLSCertification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse AnesthetistsDemonstrated ability to manage diverse patient populations across various surgical subspecialtiesExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailNice to Have Skills: Previous experience working in a Level I Trauma CenterExperience with outpatient procedures and endoscopyBilingual abilities to enhance patient communicationKnowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systemsPreferred Education and Experience: Completion of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master s or Doctorate)Prior experience in acute care or trauma settings preferredAt least 2 years of anesthesia practice preferred but not mandatoryOther Requirements: Ability to work flexible 8, 10, 12, 16-hour shifts, including weekendsWillingness to work in multiple clinical environments, including operating rooms, cath labs, imaging centers, and outpatient clinicsCompliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital credentialing standardsTravel reimbursements and licensure/certification expenses covered when applicableThis is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a supportive environment that values your skills and dedication.
