Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician

Facility: This is a well-established medical facility with advanced radiation oncology capabilities, featuring state-of-the-art equipment including a Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator and Siemens Healthineers CT-Sim with respiratory gating. The center utilizes Varian Aria/Eclipse treatment planning software with weekly onsite physics coverage and remote dosimetry support. Opportunity: Physician - Radiation Oncology Job Details: • Coverage needed for the week of 2/23 with a couple days prior for orientation • Additional weeks will be available to pick up • Clean malpractice history required for temporary privileges • Clinic hours from 7:30AM to 5PM, with call from 7:30AM to 5:30PM • No nighttime/evening or weekend call required • See approximately 10-12 clinic patients per day • Oversee an average of 25 patients on treatment per day • Experience required with IMRT, SBRT, 3D-CRT, and SRS on Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator • Must be proficient with conventional treatment planning, beam shaping, 3D CRT, and IMRT • Experience with PET CT or MRI Image Fusion and Electronic Portal Imaging required • Skilled in Rapid Arc/VMAT and electron therapy • Experience with hyper altered fractionation required • Clinical trials experience required • Minimal inpatient rounding responsibilities • Board certification required with current BLS certification. Must have active Minnesota medical license Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
