Courses may be offered in an in-person, online or hybrid format. Term contracts only; positions and course offerings contingent on demand and funding. Being a member of the pool does not ensure a contract will be offered. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: For Adjunct Instructor (9404A) Master's degree in History or related field Preferred Qualifications: For Adjunct Assistant Professor (9403A) if they hold a terminal degree or Ph.D. in History Two years of teaching at the collegiate level Evidence of strong written communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups Pay and BenefitsPay Range: Adjunct Instructor: $42,000.00 - $52,713.00 annually; depending on education/qualifications/experience Adjunct Assistant Professor: $45,481.00 - $52,713.00 annually; depending on education/qualifications/experience Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor-Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications.
