Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or equivalent accrediting body.Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license for the state of assignment (OH) required to start the assignment.Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.Home health experience preferred. Prior experience performing patient evaluations, developing and updating plans of care, and documenting patient progress is preferred.Experience supervising or collaborating with PTAs and home health aides preferred.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and required agency liability insurance for home visits.Proficiency with basic computer skills including email, electronic documentation, and online training platforms.Two to three years of physical therapy experience preferred.
