8:00am-4:30pmAbout the RoleLead, train, and mentor new and existing employees across multiple Logistics Center functions, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and slotting of Logistics Work OrdersDirect daily work activities and allocate tasks to ensure efficient workflow and operational coverageServe as a liaison between the Manager and hourly employees, providing administrative and technical supportUtilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), TD SYNNEX programs, and required equipment to troubleshoot order and product flow issues and identify root causesSupport and promote continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma practices, SOP updates, and solution development and implementationWhat You'll DoDelegate work and assign tasks across Logistics Center functions such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and slottingAdjust to changing workflow needs by rotating yourself and team members between functions as neededProvide technical guidance and support to employees; communicate effectively across all levels of the Logistics CenterAct as an extension of management by providing employee performance feedback and operational insightsServe as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary "knowledge base" for processes and systemsTrain, coach, and mentor employees to support skill development and performance improvementProficiently use the Warehouse Management System to manage workflow and productivityOperate material handling equipment as required (training provided)Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen events, ISO, etc.)Maintain and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environmentMeet attendance and punctuality standardsPerform additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForExperience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and/or logistics work order flowMinimum of 3 years of high-volume Logistics or Logistics Center warehouse experience, with working knowledge of WMS/SAP, SOPs, and logistics functionsPrior lead or supervisory experience preferredEducationRequired: High School Diploma or G.E.D.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to adapt quickly to change and shifting prioritiesStrong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, be assertive, and generate new ideasExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with all levels of managementStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to drive tasks to completionAbility to work under pressure and manage high workloads and deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to learn new systems and technology quicklyIntermediate proficiency with relevant computer systems and applicationsBasic clerical, data entry, and mathematical skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to lift and transport up to 50 lbsAbility to use standard office equipmentStrong multicultural awareness and interpersonal sensitivityWorking ConditionsDistribution center environment, which may include exposure to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, high places, wet or humid conditions, and outdoor weather conditionsOccasional non-standard work hours or overtime based on business needsKey SkillsAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
