#LI-Skilled-01 Job Summary Join our team in Dublin, GA, a vibrant city known for its rich history, friendly community, and beautiful landscapes. We are seeking a skilled professional to accurately and efficiently assemble and test products, ensuring customer quality and on-time delivery schedules. This role requires performing lock wiring, first stage subassembly, and final detailing functions on routine assignments. The successful candidate will actively contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs, receiving direct supervisory guidance. Responsibilities Perform basic assembly and test functions utilizing mechanical skills, hand and power tools, mechanical/electronic tools, test equipment, assembly fixtures, and inspection measurement equipment in a manufacturing environment. Record test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters. Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives. Produce and inspect assemblies that conform to product specifications, assembling and testing to customer and/or industry standards. Perform touch-up or full surface painting of parts with finishing materials such as paint, lacquer, and glaze. Mix paint and clean parts. Actively participate in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement. Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area. Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with the calibration schedule. Qualifications Able to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions. Ability to calculate basic shop math. Ability to use a computer. At least two or more years of manufacturing experience, including assembly. Post-secondary education in electronics technology preferred. Solder experience is a plus. Shift/Schedule 1st shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. Benefits Annual Cash Incentive Plan (bonus).
