Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.Minimum RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.Active Georgia state license required to start.Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant required.Experience in general orthopedics with emphasis on hips, knees, and shoulders preferred.Supervisory experience. Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting preferred.Experience managing a small clinical team and providing direct patient care. Director will oversee approximately 3 staff and provide about 90-95% of a typical provider's patient load.Experience with post-operative orthopedic patient care, including total hip and total knee post-op management. Typical caseload is about 12 patients per day, scheduled at roughly 40-minute intervals.BenefitsPosition is an addition to existing staff with a sign-on bonus and commitment requirement. Ability to set clinic hours to meet clinic needs.
