Job Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to address project needs. Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site. Assist in managing procurement of materials and resources for projects. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Support financial management, including budgeting and cost tracking. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of construction related experience required in healthcare, medical office buildings, and data center Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
