Family Nurse Practitioner - Draper, UTJob Type: Full-timeShifts: Monday 8 AM -Thursday 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and best-practice guidelinesOrder, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)Prescribe medications and perform procedures within the scope of practiceEducate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic condition managementIntegrate nutraceuticals as part of a holistic care plan when appropriateMaintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date medical recordsQualifications:Master's degree in nursing from an accredited programActive and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in UtahNational certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)Minimum of 1 year NP experience is requiredKnowledge of or willingness to learn about nutraceuticalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-oriented with a commitment to patient-centered careIf interested send your resume to (or) Contact:
