Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance initiatives and coordinate efforts at our Patterson location. Manage all projects and contractors in compliance with regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices. Conduct repairs and maintenance on plant equipment and facilities. Perform routine preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks. Calibrate and repair plant equipment as necessary. Document calibration and maintenance activities accurately. Operate and ensure maintenance equipment and tools are well-maintained. Promote safety by adhering to safe work practices and ensuring a hazard-free work environment. Maintain clean building exteriors and grounds. Create and manage purchase orders for maintenance supplies and equipment. Oversee inventory of necessary supplies and parts for maintenance tasks. Maintain adherence to the department's annual budget. Conduct routine audits related to maintenance and safety. Manage relationships with third-party vendors for maintenance and facility services. Complete all required documentation and reports. Develop and implement best practice maintenance strategies. Execute additional duties as required. Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Technical or trade school certifications are preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong interpersonal, mechanical, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain positivity while providing excellent customer service. Self-starter who can work independently and follow prescribed routines. High school diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 5 years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience, ideally in an industrial production setting. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential job functions per ADA and FMLA standards, including meeting productivity standards. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour.
