Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator Job ID: 37033061 Location: Dover, OH 44622 Duration: 3 Months Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr (W2) Role Summary Manage and monitor field & distributor inventory ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and asset control. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies/variances Perform daily inventory reconciliation Manage returns, exchanges, recalls, and disputes Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP/system Generate reports (weekly/monthly/ad-hoc) Support inventory tracking, movement, and recovery Collaborate with sales, operations, and cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with FDA & ISO standards Required Skills Strong Excel & data analysis Experience with inventory control + SAP Good communication & problem-solving skills High attention to detail & multitasking ability Experience 2+ years inventory control experience (medical device preferred) Valid driver's license required Travel up to 5%
