Company: Highmark Health Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW Join our dynamic Marketing Technology and Operations Team as a Program Manager, where you'll lead innovative marketing programs that align with our organizational goals. In this essential role, you will build frameworks for effective governance and operational rhythms, driving accountability and strategic impact across the enterprise. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Program & Initiative Management: Direct multiple marketing programs within our strategic portfolio. Establish robust frameworks for campaign intake, resource allocation, and prioritization while monitoring program health (budget, timeline, KPIs) and executing corrective actions where necessary. Strategic Alignment & Governance: Oversee governance structures for marketing program management, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and CMO priorities through well-defined decision-making protocols. Executive Support & Communication: Develop comprehensive reporting templates and dashboards to effectively track key performance indicators, enhancing visibility for stakeholders. Change Management & Adoption: Identify barriers to change and create effective management plans to facilitate smooth transitions for new processes and technologies. Marketing Technology & Data Integration: Collaborate with Martech and Analytics teams to utilize platforms like Adobe Workfront, AEP, and CJA for improved workflow, segmentation, and performance reporting. Advocate for the use of marketing dashboards and attribution models to accurately measure program impact. Continuous Improvement & Enhancements: Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into ongoing and future program development. Operational Adherence & Compliance: Ensure best practices are promoted across the marketing organization while adhering to established governance and operational frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal stakeholders to craft effective messaging for marketing initiatives that resonate with our audiences. Customer-Centric Metrics: Design and implement metrics focused on customer engagement and satisfaction related to marketing efforts. EDUCATION Minimum High School Diploma / GED Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA or Master's Degree is a plus. EXPERIENCE Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management or delivering technology-driven business solutions. Preferred Experience in healthcare marketing, marketing technology platforms, and strategic development is advantageous. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Required None Preferred PMP or a certification in Project Management is desirable. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY This role does not involve supervising or managing other employees.
