(USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US and take ownership of delivering store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. Your responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet our quality standards; supervising hourly team members; handling escalations; and collaborating with store leadership to keep everything on track. Key Job Highlights Shift: Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10-12 hours. Travel: Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home. Expect to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17-21 days at a time. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid for RPC roles. Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and potential additional compensation such as stock. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1"¯year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3"¯years of experience in the same areas. Ability to complete required training and assessments, including Academy trainings and Open Door trainings. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business or related field. 1"¯year's experience leading cross"‘functional teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
