Restaurant Operations Manager

Join our dynamic team as the Restaurant Operations Manager, where you will be the driving force behind our restaurant's success. Focused on profitability, guest satisfaction, team development, and efficient operations, you will oversee the daily management of our thriving establishment. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members (20-45 employees). Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age High School Diploma or GED required, with 2 years of college preferred 1-2 years of prior restaurant management experience Strong understanding of P&L management and the key drivers of restaurant profitability Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives Demonstrated leadership and communication skills Solid understanding of guest service principles Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed BKC is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage all qualified applicants to apply Responsibilities: Profitability: You will be accountable for the restaurant's P&L and work towards achieving excellent financial results. This includes reviewing key P&L lines and driving sales through exceptional guest service, people development, and effective operations management. Guest Experience: You will lead and motivate your team to provide outstanding guest experiences through friendly and efficient service in a clean environment. Handle guest feedback proactively to improve service and resolve issues swiftly. Cultivate community relationships to enhance local marketing efforts. Team Leadership: Lead the recruitment and selection process to build a strong team, onboard new members through training and certification, and provide ongoing coaching and recognition to boost team morale and restaurant performance. Operational Excellence: Optimize labor management through effective scheduling and compliance with all regulations and BKC policies while maintaining operational and brand standards. Step in to perform the duties of the Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed.
