School Food Service Worker - Join Our TeamGreenburgh North Castle UFSD is a special education school district with schools in Yonkers, Dobbs Ferry, West Harrison, and New Windsor. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Food Service Worker to join our team and provide nutritious meals to our students. The candidate would start and end their day at the Dobbs Ferry, NY campus and be assigned to deliver and serve food to one of our schools using a District vehicle.Key Responsibilities:Serve food items in a safe and efficient manner.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and cafeteria environment.Adhere to all food safety and dietary regulationsComplete necessary training (ServSafe).Assist in meal preparation and cooking as needed.Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GEDAbility to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periodsValid Driver's License with a good recordBackground Check/FingerprintingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic and a positive attitudeExperience working with children (preferred but not required)Hours/Pay:Part-time position - 7:30am to 1:30pmHourly rate: $18.00Monday - Friday shiftsEqual Opportunity EmployerJob Type: Part-timePay: From $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
