X-Ray Technologist ($10k Sign-On Bonus)

Job Description Position Summary: The CT Tech/Radiology Tech performs radiology and CT procedures, conducting diagnostic evaluations of patients while providing clinical instruction to students. They follow pain management protocols and maintain records and supplies. Essential Functions: Conducts CT and Radiology procedures and diagnostic evaluations, applying exposure parameters according to patient needs. Assesses patient needs relevant to procedures. Stocks rooms with supplies and maintains an organized working area. Maintains records for patient safety and diagnostic quality, performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control checks as needed. Utilizes radiation protection measures and follows hospital policies for pain management and restraint use. Demonstrates proficiency with PACS and MediTech systems. Provides clinical instruction to students and mentors new techs. Performs other assigned duties. Education & Training Requirements: Current ARRT certification (R), with preferred experience in CT (not required). Current NM State license. AHA BLS certification within 3 months of hire.
