Coverage Needed Start Date: 03-16-2026 End Date: 08-03-2026 Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm & Friday, 6am - 3pm Clinical Details Focus on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in a clinic setting Evaluate, treat, and educate patients Develop treatment plans, perform testing, write prescriptions, and perform administrative procedures Support Staff: Collaborative work with medical staff, consultation, partnership, or referral as needed Worksite Setting: Employee Health Clinic Scope of Work: Family Practice, Workers comp Patients Per Day: 10-15 EMR: Epic Requirements Education: Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university Experience: Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience Licensure: Active and unrestricted SC License Certifications: Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire, NPI & DEA, Current National Board Certification Bilingual Spanish a plus Certain locations may require phlebotomy Must have working knowledge of practical nursing
