Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification Provide direct patient care, including assessments, administering medications, and performing treatments as per care plans. Monitor and record patient conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and hospital regulations. Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Candidate requirements Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri or eligible for licensure. TN visa sponsorship is available for qualified international candidates with a nursing degree from an accredited institution. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; ACLS is preferred.
