Specialist - Public & Media Relations

The Specialist, System Communications supports strategic communications and engagement efforts for key internal partners across Henry Ford Health. Committed to continuous learning and supporting a well-informed, highly engaged workforce, the specialist will create engaging content and informational resources across all audiences including key messages, draft development, social media, video and digital content. The specialist will also identify storytelling opportunities, assist with the execution of communication plans, and support the broader efforts of the System Communications team. This position reports to the Manager of System Communications. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supports System Communications operations by developing and editing content for major daily, weekly, monthly and specialty communications with emphasis on engagement, integration and alignment across sites.
