Opportunity:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - AnesthesiaJob Details:Provide anesthesia care for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures, including general surgery, neurosurgical cases, and deep sedation/MACWork full time with flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours in a Level 1 trauma centerManage adult patients and a limited pediatric populationWork under supervision with anesthesiologists and perioperative staffProvide preoperative assessments and patient educationAdminister anesthetics safely and monitor patients throughout surgical proceduresManage ventilation and oversee physician-administered regional anesthesiaRespond to patient emergencies in coordination with the healthcare teamDocument patient care and anesthesia management accurately in Epic EMRParticipate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiativesNo on-call or weekend requirementsMust have current NBCRNA certification and BLS, ACLS, PALSActive Michigan RN License requiredNot accepting new graduate candidatesClean malpractice/license history requiredFacility:This major healthcare system operates as a Level 1 trauma center providing comprehensive medical services to the Detroit metropolitan area.
