Required Skills: Current NBCRNA certificationValid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsFull Michigan state license (or ability to obtain promptly)Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital settingProven ability to manage adult patients and select pediatric casesExperience with general, neurosurgical, and MAC anesthesiaStrong communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in documentation using Epic EMRNice to Have Skills: Prior experience in trauma or emergency settingsAdvanced airway management skillsFamiliarity with sedation procedures and ventilation managementBilingual abilitiesPreferred Education and Experience: Master s degree or higher in Nurse AnesthesiaAt least 3 years of recent hospital-based anesthesia practicePrior locum experience in a Level 1 trauma or academic hospitalOther Requirements: Ability to work flexible day shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours; no on-call or weekend shiftsReliable transportation for mileage reimbursementCommitment to ongoing safety protocols and quality improvement initiativesThis position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $201.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
