Turf Grass Management Intern Wildflower Golf Course - Summer 2026(Housing Available) Wildflower Golf Course is a Par 72, 18-hole Prairie Linksstyle course, uniquely designed for Minnesota. Known as a destination for golfers of all skill levels, Wildflower also features a Par 3 Executive Course and a driving range, offering over 27 holes to maintain. This internship is ideal for college students pursuing degrees in Horticulture, Turf Grass Sciences, or Golf Enterprise Management who want a hands-on learning experience in golf course management. What You'll Do: Supervise crew members and delegate daily tasks Document moisture levels and monitor turf health Run daily course condition reports Operate and maintain turf equipment and machinery Assist with scheduling and renovation planning Identify and manage turf diseases Support overall grounds maintenance, repair, and management What You'll Gain: You'll report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent, working with a team dedicated to delivering top-level playability and aesthetics every day.
