Des Moines candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation; remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities Assign and monitor freight loads through dispatch systems Track shipments and maintain accurate operational records Communicate shipment updates, delays, or exceptions Maintain detailed dispatch logs and operational documentation Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures Time management and multitasking skills Experience optional; full training provided Work Environment Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations.
