Plumber (Historic Infrastructure + Water Systems Specialist)Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Location: Lakewood, COSalary: $72,500 per year RMCAD is seeking a Plumber (Historic Infrastructure + Water Systems Specialist) to maintain and optimize mechanical and plumbing systems across campus, with specialized responsibility for potable water systems, wells, and treatment processes.  Essential Responsibilities Maintain and repair plumbing, hydronic, and mechanical systems Perform retrofits on aging infrastructure Operate and monitor potable well systems, storage, and treatment processes Ensure compliance with EPA, state, and local water quality regulations Support HVAC/mechanical equipment (pumps, piping systems) Maintain inspection and compliance documentation Minimum Qualifications Licensed Journeyman Plumber (Colorado preferred) 5+ years of plumbing/mechanical experience Experience with water systems and infrastructure troubleshooting Valid driver's license Prefered Qualifications Experience with well systems, water treatment, or tower systems Knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems integration Backflow certificationWorking Conditions and Physical Demands: The noise level in the work environment can be loud enough that personal protective equipment should be worn. Some exposure to temperature extremes. Can be wet and/or humid.
