Nurse Practitioner - Field-Based Acute Care Denver, CO Company Vehicle Provided 1:1 Patient Care Full-Time Overview: We are seeking Nurse Practitioners with acute care experience in the ER or Urgent Care settings to join a growing mobile care team delivering high-acuity care directly in patients' homes. This is not traditional home health. You will practice hospital-level medicine in the field, helping reduce unnecessary ER visits while improving access and outcomes for patients. What You'll Do: • Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnose acute conditions • Interpret point-of-care diagnostics (EKG, labs, imaging) • Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and IV therapy • Initiate treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care • Educate patients and families on diagnosis and care plans Schedule & Compensation: • 10-hour shifts (8AM-6PM and/or 12PM-10PM) • Competitive base salary with quarterly and annual bonuses • Company vehicle provided What Makes This Role Standout: • High level of autonomy in the field • True 1:1 patient care model • Practice high-acuity medicine outside of a hospital setting • Reduced burnout while maintaining clinical skillset Requirements: • Active NP (FNP) license • Prescriptive authority and active DEA • Acute care background (ER or Urgent care) • Ability to work in a mobile, field-based environment Interested?
