Summary Pipsqueak is seeking an experienced barista to join our growing team. Pipsqueak is a high quality coffee kiosk located near Union Station. We aim strike a balance between efficient high volume service and personally curated guest experience. As a barista with Pipsqueak you will be responsible for crafting quality coffee drinks and providing best in class hospitality.  The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in third wave coffee with expertise in dialing espresso, milk texturing, and latte art. You thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail and have a positive, engaging, and energetic personality. You are comfortable working alone and managing your time wisely. You have a passion for intuitive hospitality and genuine care for the work that you do.  Key Responsibilities Welcome every guest warmly Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and specialty tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests Provide detailed information about the coffee and tea offerings, answering questions and making recommendations as neededPreform daily espresso machine maintenance including dialing, back flushing, and cleaning Maintain a clean and organized space throughout your shift Periodically record inventory  Required Qualifications Hospitality-first work ethic 2+ years of experience with third wave coffee  Experience with high volume food & beverage service Weekend and early morning availability Enjoy a fast paced work environment, maintaining calm under pressure Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision Compensation $18/hr plus tips More detail about Pipsqueak, please visit
