Pay for this position ranges from: $35-50/Hr.3-month contract (with potential for extension or contract-to-hire)On-site 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday preferred)Part-Time 20 hours per weekOur client, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.This is strictly an Office Management role (not Executive Assistant work) and will focus on keeping the office running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys operational ownership, and can quickly prioritize shifting needs with urgency and precision.What You'll DoOffice Operations & AdministrationServe as the primary liaison between the office building and internal teamsManage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments (virtual mailbox to be implemented, reducing this responsibility over time)Maintain office cleanliness, including kitchen and fridge upkeepOrder and manage office supplies (Costco, Amazon, coffee supplies, hygiene products, etc.)Maintain coffee machine (cleaning, beans, supplies, etc.)Meeting & Event CoordinationOrganize internal meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and meal coordination for larger groupsCoordinate weekly Wednesday catering and manage direct billingSupport planning and execution of internal team events in partnership with the events teamAssist with partner and large customer meetings in the Denver officeCoordinate All-Hands meetings with HR and IT teamsSupport Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings during onsite eventsOffice & Operational SupportAssist with general office organization and operational needs as they ariseHelp maintain structure, flow, and efficiency in a rapidly evolving environmentSupport data and file organization as neededWhat They're Looking For4-5+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar operational support roleStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail, especially in operational, scheduling, and administrative workStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency environmentTech-savvy with experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, and similar platformsStrong time management and calendar coordination skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferredWhy This RoleThis is a fast-moving, well-funded startup environment where priorities shift quickly and execution matters.
