In this role, you will witness the direct impact of your efforts as you assist clients in making informed decisions about their finances and careers. As a Seasonal Client Service Specialist, your mission will be to create extraordinary client experiences that foster long-lasting relationships. What Would Make You Stand Out... High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work varied schedules and/or in multiple locations Experience in sales or marketing Your Contributions... Answer calls and greet clients warmly, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere Pair clients with tax professionals who best suit their needs Schedule appointments according to client preferences Assist clients with their needs during services, engaging in person, over the phone, or virtually Maintain a clean and organized office environment alongside team members Perform additional tasks as needed Your Skills: Experience in a fast-paced environment Background in customer service Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Why Join Us? Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Successful candidates may also participate in incentive plans that could generate additional earnings. Pay Range $11.00 - $27.00/Hr.
