The person filling this position is responsible for the management of Condo in the Boca/Delray area. This is not a Desk Job Position - MUST have a minimum of 3 years condo/physical plant experience. Working knowledge of cooling towers, seawalls in addition to painting and roof replacement. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager is responsible for managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.
