What You'll Do:Lead the production of innovative upcycled rubber products.Master state-of-the-art mixing equipment.Ensure top-quality products through precise measurements.Participate in our safety-first culture.Share your expertise by training team members. What You Bring:High School Diploma / GED, or 2+ years of relevant experience.Physical capability to handle materials (up to 55 lbs).Strong attention to detail and quality mitment to workplace safety.Team-player mindset. Work Environment & Physical Demands: This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment.
