About the Job We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Floor Nurse to join our team! 12 hour shift - Daytime 7a to 7p or Nighttime 7p to 7a The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents while promoting a safe, caring, and supportive environment. Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to the physician and supervisor. Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation. Assist CNAs and ensure all resident care needs are met. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and training sessions.
