Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, and following visitor management procedures; Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate; Support staff, patients, and visitors with directions, information, and reporting of security-related concerns observed at the front desk area; Document routine activities, incidents, and unusual events in accordance with site policies and Allied Universal guidelines
