This role is responsible for working with the F&B Management team on the oversight and supervision of all F&B outlets, including Adelaide Restaurant, Lyric, Living Room Bar, Pool Bar and In Room Dining. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager works closely with the Culinary team to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. This is a highly visible leadership role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!You:To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Assistant F&B Manager requires skills such as organization, detail orientation and a genuine desire to take care of others. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable experience.Responsibilities:* Support the management team in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of service excellence, accountability, and collaboration.* Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to luxury standards (LQA/Forbes), and a consistent, high-end guest experience.* Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor, proactively resolving guest concerns and supporting the team during all service periods, including acting as Manager on Duty when required.* Drive financial performance by supporting revenue growth, managing labor and operational costs, assisting with forecasting, and ensuring effective inventory control.* Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback, implementing continuous improvements, and supporting innovative food and beverage initiatives that elevate the dining experience.* Ensure effective communication and operational alignment across departments, while supporting administrative functions such as scheduling, payroll accuracy, compliance, and reporting.Requirements* Excellent leadership abilities and the ability to manage many staff members* Great time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to deliver exceptional guest service, even in high pressure situations* Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards* Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, irregular shifts, holidays, and extended shifts as business levels require* Maintain a current Food Handler Card, or be able to receive one upon hire* Maintain a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, or be able to receive one upon hire* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours or more* Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting* Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures* 2+ years' experience in Food & Beverage ManagementOur Culture:The Noble House Hotels & Resorts philosophy emphasizes "location, distinction and soul."
