Security Ambassador - Concierge

As a Concierge Security Ambassador, you will be at the forefront of customer service, interacting with clients in various environments such as office buildings, hotels, and shopping centers. What we offer: Site Location: Decatur, IL Shift Availability: Full-time: Monday through Friday, 3rd shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Part-time: Monday through Friday, 2nd shift from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Competitive hourly wage of $18.54/hour (DailyPay available for our employees!) Manage access control and ensure premises security. Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks. Inspect security equipment and report any issues for maintenance. Respond to incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate with emergency services. Answer inquiries both in person and over the phone. Document incidents and communicate security concerns effectively. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications: Authorization to work in the U.S. Documentation of a High School Diploma or GED. Ability to successfully complete an extensive screening process. Outstanding customer service skills. Basic proficiency in phone and computer skills. Prior experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus! Possess a valid state security license, if required.
