Job Full Description Scheduling Specialist | Monday - Friday | 7:00AM - 3:30PM | $20.00/hr A leading global agribusiness producing grain-based food products need a Scheduling Assistant for a 24/7, 365 days operation. The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating, and maintaining work schedules for all departments within the plant. This role ensures adequate staffing coverage to support safe, efficient, and continuous operations. The Scheduling Specialist works closely with plant leadership. Qualifications for Scheduling Specialist Previous administrative or clerical experience Experience in scheduling or workforce planning is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Microsoft Office knowledge Good typing and data entry skills with accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage frequent schedule changes.
