Inside Sales ManagerDepartment:Sales | Type:Full-Time | Level:Mid-LevelAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven and analytically minded Inside Sales Manager to join our wholesale sales team. In this role, you will be the engine behind growing our existing wholesale business through various initiatives such as managing our key and house accounts, reviewing data to uncover opportunities, equipping our field representatives with proactive selling strategies, and owning the execution of our wholesale tradeshow calendar.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagerMaintain and grow identified VIP customers and Key AccountsContinuously evaluate and grow wholesale house accounts through all wholesale channelsIdentify regional gaps and opportunities to strategically build the business while maintaining an on-brand experience in the fieldBusiness Growth & Account AnalysisAnalyze product performance across top wholesale accounts to identify trends, gaps, and untapped revenue opportunitiesOversee account management through all wholesale platforms with ecommerce and marketing teams to ensure optimal experience to retain and grow businessDevelop and present data-driven selling strategies to maximize sell-through and grow order volume with existing customersMonitor account health and flag at-risk business, recommending corrective action plansTradeshow ManagementManage end-to-end planning and execution of wholesale tradeshows "” primarily Winter and Summer markets, approximately 8 shows per seasonCoordinate logistics including booth setup, product assortment, and applicable appointment schedulingCapture and follow-up on leads and orders generated at each showOwnership of cross-departmental wholesale customer voice communicationField Sales SupportServe as a strategic support for the five national sales representative groupsCreate sales tools, selling guides, and reporting resources that empower reps to have more effective customer conversations that align with our internal goalsMaintain consistent communication with the field team to ensure alignment on priorities, promotions, and product focusQualifications3-5 years of experience in inside sales, wholesale sales support, or a related roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable selling strategiesExperience strategically supporting VIP customers and national sales representatives Excellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools; experience with an ERP (Netsuite) or CRM system a plusTradeshow or event coordination experience preferredAbility to travel for tradeshows (approximately 8 shows per year)What Success Looks LikeThe role has evaluated all wholesale customers, identified the best VIP customer list, and has built and managed strong relationships those customers and our key accountsWholesale customer voice is shared cross-departmentally to improve overall experience and customer retentionWholesale tradeshows are successfully managed with timely and organized booth setups, strong performance and relationship building, and end with several leads or new customers to continue to grow the businessSelling channels are fully optimized through collaboration with various departments for customer retention and growthQuarterly customer health check meetings are held and key takeaways and initiatives come out of it
