As well as, basic and supplemental life insurance, short-term and long-term disability as well as other benefits.Schedule: Weekend (Friday – Sunday)Approximately 10-hour shifts.Tentative start date around April (weather dependent) Position OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Watering Laborer to maintain residential landscaping through strategic watering operations. This position includes operating a pickup truck, helping to move water hoses and managing irrigation systems across multiple residential properties.Primary Responsibilities Operate a pickup truck in support of water truck operationsAssist with refilling water tanks at designated fill stationsSet up, connect, and operate hoses for sod irrigation systemsSafely handle and manage heavy-duty hoses across varied terrain, including slopes and inclinesPerform routine equipment inspections and assist with basic maintenance as neededMaintain accurate records of water usage, job sites, and service locations Required Qualifications Prior experience strongly recommendedValid Driver's License40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response)8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher (if applicable based on certification date)10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Certification Physical Requirements Ability to lift and maneuver heavy water hosesCapable of working on uneven terrain and slopesComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsStamina for extended periods of physical activity during 10-hour shifts Working Conditions This position requires weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) with shifts averaging 10 hours per day.Work schedules are subject to adjustment based on weather conditions.Drivers and laborer will work together while following established safety protocols.
