If you have hands-on experience in CNC programming, setup, and precision machining"”and enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment"”this is a great opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:• Perform CNC programming, setup, and machining operations• Inspect machined parts and ensure they meet quality standards• Use precision tools like micrometers & calipers• Identify and report defects (tool wear, surface issues, debris, etc.)• Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete required documentation• Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve issues• Meet production targets while working within tight tolerances• Support additional processes like fabrication, sandblasting, and finishing What We're Looking For:• Strong mechanical and technical skills• Good math and problem-solving ability• Experience in manufacturing or assembly (preferred)• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes is a plus• Attention to detail and commitment to quality• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods• Team player with strong communication skills• Willingness to work in PPE and a production environment• U.S. Citizenship requiredWhat We Offer: ?
