Chiropractor Fairborn OH (15 miles NE of Dayton)Urgently HiringWe are looking for a dedicated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Fairborn OH a suburb of Dayton, just 15 miles NE of the downtown Dayton area. Our ideal candidate is a motivated, compassionate Doctor of Chiropractic with a passion for precision upper cervical and subluxation-based care and a commitment to excellence. The incoming Chiropractor should value teamwork, lifelong learning, and serving patients at the highest level. Our mission is to elevate the standard of patient-centered care through precision correction, compassionate service, and collaboration.Responsibilities:Perform new patient consultations and detailed examinationsChiropractic care- NUCCA, Blair, Orthospinology, Grostic, Knee Chest, Atlas Orthogonal, QSM3, TRT (Torque Release Technique), Webster’s Technique- Deliver specific upper cervical adjustments and follow-up visitsConduct re-exams and patient progress evaluationsParticipate in community wellness events and outreach initiativesCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patient satisfactionMaintain documentation and compliance per chiropractic standards and SBC protocolsQualifications:Graduation from an Accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Chiropractic license in OHPrior training or certification in NUCCA, Blair, Orthospinology, Atlas Orthogonal, or related upper cervical techniques is highly preferred.Experience with upper cervical care and subluxation-based care requiredSchedule:Full time Monday–Friday with half days on Tuesday & ThursdaySalary Range:$80k – $120k (based on experience, training, and commitment level) plus bonus compensation Benefits: Bonus Compensation: 30% of Collections or Profit Sharing based on performance metricsVacation / PTO: 150 hours of Paid Time Off annuallyHealth Savings Account (HSA) or replacement health plan optionsSkill and business development mentorshipProfessional and leadership development -opportunities for growth and advancement within our expanding organizationIf you are ready to join a fantastic team of experienced and reputable providers on our mission to bring health and wellness through comprehensive care, then contact us!
