PLEASE REVIEW ATTACHMENTS FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE APPLICATION PROCESS.Position: DRC Childcare WorkerDepartment: ChildcareReports to: Childcare CoordinatorFLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) 3-5 hours per weekMission: To assist DRC in its mission of changing our world by developing Christ followers who love God and love people.Job Overview: To care for children, birth-5th grade, whose families attend Life Groups and/or special events. To assist the Childcare Coordinator in ensuring kids are cared for and safe.Primary Responsibilities:Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.Interact with children in a positive and age-appropriate manner.Prepare for crafts, games, and/or other assignments given by the Childcare Coordinator.Adhere to Dan River Church policies and procedures. Be in good standing and agreement with Dan River Church's values and mission.Requirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Must be at least 16 years old. Must be dependable and prompt. Must have a cheerful and positive attitude.Must complete a background check.
