Factory Location: Dallas, TXCompensation: $43.00/hour with $.50 increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful reviewSchedule: 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - FridayAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needs Benefits of working for Primo Brands: Health Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), dependent care flexible spending account (FSA, heath savings account (HSA)Retirement/Investing: 401K with a 5% match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Insurance: Employee Life Insurance, short and long-term disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, spouse/domestic partner/child life insurance, accidental death and dismembermentOther great benefits: Employee discounts, save on auto, home, and pet insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, 9 paid holidays and 3 paid floating holidays, paid leave for when you have a baby, adopt a child, or become a foster parent, legal services, identity theft protection, employee assistance program (EAP), adoption reimbursement benefit, FEDlogic, commuter benefits Responsibilities: Abide by all safety protocols and procedures for in and around the PIV and AGV areas (i.e. cone usage for AGV’s)Communicate with dock office and AGV techs to ensure daily targets are metSupport and drive positive results through commitment to Problem Solving processes (DOR, GSTD’s, etc.)Monitor and react to system issues that could impact production and/or our customers. i.e. Mechanical and programming issuesMonitor Systore to troubleshoot and communicate issues and/or backup conditions and utilize the proper support channels to align on resolution and sustainability actionsTroubleshoot and diagnose the cause of electronic or mechanical malfunctions for AGV’s and all other AGV related equipment using knowledge, manuals, SOPs, specifications, and other workplace aidsResolve and repair all system faults and anomalies associated with installation, operation, maintenance, and connectivity problems, including changes, adjustments, and modifications to control code and standard operating parametersWorking knowledge of Ethernet/Device Net/DH+/ControlNet/Remote I/O SystemWrite and debug PLC Logic and make recommendations for major corrective actionsAssist with break coverage and machine operation as needed or as assigned by shift supervisorPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AGVs, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtimeDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues within the AGV system, and perform repairs or replacements as neededEnsure all AGV components (motors, sensors, wheels, batteries, etc.) are functioning correctly and efficientlyConduct routine inspections, lubrication, and part replacements to prevent failures and extend the lifespan of AGV equipmentDevelop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule for all AGVs, documenting service activities and observationsMaintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsCreate detailed reports on AGV performance, maintenance issues, and resolution outcomesProvide feedback on recurring problems and recommend improvements to prevent future issuesCollaborate with the warehouse, operations, and engineering teams to ensure AGV systems are running smoothly and meet operational needsProvide technical support and training to operators and other maintenance personnel regarding AGV troubleshooting and basic operationsMonitor inventory levels for spare parts and ensure availability of necessary components for timely repairsOrder and replace parts as needed, while ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal stock levelsMaintain a clean work space Qualifications: Five or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentSolid background in all aspects of mechanical maintenance (preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting-using a data driven systematic approach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, and lubrication)Prior forklift experience with fork truck certification (including big lift) preferredProficient computer skills, including SGVM & EWM, Microsoft Apps, and SuiteExcellent display of teamwork, efficient communication skills, and customer service skills, plus organizational skills with the ability to continuously handle multiple people, machines, and tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience with knowing how to read and use blueprints and technical manualsPrevious experience with hand and specialty tools, plus the candidate must have a clear understanding and use of precision measurementMust be proficient with TPM and the principles of AM and PMCandidates must be flexible to support the needs of the business, and be able to work (On Call) in emergency situationsMust have own tools Footer: Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
