Position Details Oregon-Based Freight Operations (Dallas hiring priority with nationwide remote eligibility) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid or Remote Industry/Category: Freight Dispatching / Logistics / Transportation Operations Level: Entry Level / Experienced Position Overview Manages freight load assignments, shipment tracking, and operational coordination through Oregon-based systems. Dallas candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operations and assist with mentoring new team members. Key Responsibilities Assign and monitor freight loads across multiple routes Track shipments and maintain detailed dispatch records Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams Ensure workflow accuracy and compliance with operational procedures Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment Escalate operational or scheduling conflicts as needed Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures Time management and multitasking skills Experience optional; full training provided Work Environment Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations.
