Quality Technician - Night Shift - Sprinturf The Quality Control Technician will perform general duties related to the manufacturer and testing of material produced during the assigned shift. The duties will be performed in a safe manner that is in accordance with the Sprinturf standards. Shift: Night Shift. 6:00pm to 6:00am Pay Rate: Dependent on Experience Summary: The Quality Control Technician will monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards, determine the cause of product defects, recommend adjustments to the production process, inspect, test, and measure materials, use equipment to measure materials, document and organize data of products, review settings and processes of machinery. Qualifications: Good written and verbal communication skills Good problem-solving and analytical skills Astute attention to detail Time management skills Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Basic math skills Willing and caring attitude of company standards and policies Ability to use measuring devices such as scales and gauges Documentation and reporting skills Teamwork and collaboration Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time Working conditions: The physical requirements for these positions will include standing or walking constantly during the shift. Will need to be able to lift 10-15 lbs. packages frequently during the shift. The environment is not air conditioned. The temperature inside the plant will be hot during the warm months and cooler during the colder months.
